The Process Begins with Selection
Not all pallets are equal. We inspect every pallet for structural integrity, moisture content, and wood quality — only working with pallets that meet our strict standards.
Stripping and Sanding
Each plank is stripped, nails removed, and sanded progressively from 80 to 220 grit — revealing the natural grain and texture.
Design and Assembly
Every piece starts with a sketch. Our designers work with clients so the final product fits perfectly in the intended space. From there, our carpenters cut, join, and assemble each piece by hand.
Finishing
We use eco-friendly stains, varnishes, and oils to protect and enhance the wood's natural beauty. The result is furniture built to last generations.
